Term of Payment

(1) Unless otherwise agreed upon in individual cases, the prices applicable at the time of concluding the Agreement shall apply ex warehouse, plus statutory value-added tax.

(2) The Customer is responsible for transport costs ex warehouse and the costs of any desired transport insurance when arranging shipment. Additionally, any customs duties, fees, taxes, public levies, bank charges (e.g., for transfers to Landa Nano’s account), and banking fees for each payment will be borne by the Customer, unless the Customer ensures that Landa is not charged with the fees of their own bank or intermediate banks. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, transport packaging and any other auxiliary transport resources become the property of the Customer and are not taken back by Landa Nano. Pallets are excluded from this provision. Landa Nano issues certificates such as declarations of origin or movement certificates (e.g., EUR.1) upon request, subject to a reasonable expense allowance charge.

(3) Any deviations from dimensions, weight, and quality allowed under applicable standards or prevailing practices shall not affect the delivery price.

(4) The price for deliveries shall be due and payable within fourteen days (14 days) from the date of receipt of the invoice, and upon delivery or acceptance of the Goods, unless otherwise agreed upon. Landa shall have the right to request a reasonable down payment at all times. If prepayment via bank transfer is agreed upon, payment shall be due within fourteen days after the conclusion of the Agreement, unless otherwise specified by mutual agreement between the parties

Terms of Delivery

(1) Delivery will be conducted ex works (ex works, Incoterms 2020). Upon request and at the expense of the Customer, the Goods can be shipped to a different location. If no specific arrangements have been made, Landa Nano reserves the right to determine the method of shipment (including the choice of transport company, shipping route, packaging, whether to send the Goods packaged or unpackaged, and any auxiliary transport materials).

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental damage to the Goods will be transferred upon delivery to the forwarding agent, shipping agent, or any other person or organization appointed to handle the shipment. If acceptance has been agreed upon, this will constitute the transfer of risk.

Prices

     Our prices for export services are as follows:

– Insurance/contract value: 0.5%
– Handling fee/delivery (includes ABD preparation, export control): 55 EUR
– 15% of the order value up to 500 EUR
– 10% of the order value up to 1,500 EUR
– 8% of the order value up to 5,000 EUR
– 6.5% of the order value from 5,001 EUR
